Sadie, Clinical Supervisor

Sadie started with Caffall Dental Care in June 2008. She was promoted to Clinical Supervisor in 2011 & currently is still in that position.

Sadie attended school at Phoenix College, where she earned her Expanded Function Dental Assistant License, which allows her to place composite restorations. She also holds certifications for RHS, CP & CPR.

“I understand that coming to the dentist is not most people’s favorite thing. I love that I can help play a small part in making your visit pleasant & enjoyable.”

Sadie resides in San Tan Valley and spends her spare time with her husband & two children enjoying various outdoor activities.

Phyllis, Registered Dental Hygienist

Phyllis has been with our practice since we obtained it in December 1999. She worked in periodontic offices for many years prior to joining the Caffall Dental Care team. Phyllis graduated from Phoenix College in 1992. She has found a home here & loves practicing Hygiene.

“In my years of working in perio offices I have seen a lot of dentistry—some good, some not so good. Dr. Caffall referred patients to our office & honestly I could pick out which dentistry was done by Dr. Caffall. It was ALWAYS the best quality. When the Caffalls bought the practice I was thrilled to work with them.”

In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, especially her six grandchildren. She loves Zumba classes, movies & socializing with friends. San Diego is her favorite getaway spot.

Twylla, Registered Dental Hygienist

Originally from Canada, Twylla has called Arizona her home over the past 13 years. She began her hygiene career in 2017 after attending Rio Salado College. With her friendly chairside manner, she strives to ensure clients are comfortable during their visit and loves to see them smile. In her free time, Twylla likes to spend time with her husband, four children & extended family.

Alexis, Registered Dental Hygienist

Born & raised in Gilbert, Arizona, Alexis attended Carrington College’s Dental Hygiene Program & has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2018. Alexis is passionate about educating her patients on the importance of oral hygiene. She strives to ensure our patients always feel 100% informed & comfortable during their visit. To her, there’s nothing more gratifying than educating & helping patients overcome their dental fears. Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys going to the movies, spending time with her family & friends & doing various outdoor activities with her fiancé, including hiking, going for walks & going snowboarding during the winter season.

Megan, Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Born & raised in New Mexico, Megan is proud to call Arizona & Caffall Dental Care home. “I get great joy out of helping patients get healthy, attractive smiles.” Megan joined our team in 2017 & holds certifications in RHS, CP & CPR. Most recently she attended Phoenix College & is a licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. This allows her to place composite restorations among other important office tasks. In her free time, Megan & her son Jayden enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking & camping. They also enjoy some fun city activities like concerts & sports outings
